For this 50 second Music Video we didn't use much equipment as we had a short amount of time , it's low budget and we wanted to be creative. We used a fig rig , JVC standard camera, microphone to hear the artist singing which helps in post production and a stock to play the song on our phone . We used the fig rig throughout the whole video to sustain the camera and so the camera could follow the singer.We have used pans from low to high which is a common way for females to be shown in music videos , which links to Laura Mulvey's theory. The fig rig was also used for tilts which makes our video visually entertaining and pleasing.
